"This is more or less an update to my previous testimonial. My name is Joe and I would like to mention that I just traded in my 2004 Yamaha V-Star 650 Silverado for a 2012 Yamaha V-Star 950 Tourer on Saturday 01/14/12. Everything went smooth as silk with the entire process. From Brent in Sales and Finance to George on Counter and Travis in Service. Brent answered any and all questions I had pertaining to the sales and financing aspect, he also took the time "to run the numbers" a bunch of different ways until we figured out what would work best, he even stayed late on Saturday after closing to help me finalize the deal and get me on my way with my new toy. George always comes through on counter for anything I may need, and Travis in Service even went above and beyond for my by transferring a chrome license plate holder and a set of blue skull L.E.D. lights from my old bike to my new bike at no cost to me. I know it may seem like something little value, but it saved me from having to do it and it is things like this that will keep me coming back time and time again whether it be sales, service, or accessories. Way to go guys! Thanks for everything!"

"I just wanted to give 2 thumbs up to Brent, George, Travis, and Curt for excellent service. I bring my V-Star there for service / maintenance when needed and these guys are great. If I ever have a question about something I am unsure of I usually always get it answered by Brent or George in sales, and out in the service department Travis and Curt are always willing to take on whatever comes their way. I am always greeted by a friend smile and hello, and they never perform / recommend work that is not needed. I know that when I being my bike in for service it will get treated as if it were their own. Thanks again guys! "

"with Brent being the new manager, i've seen a 100% turnaround from the old management. i swore never to go back for anything but finding out this fact changed my mind. Brent helped me figure out what was going on with my 350 grizzly(a recall), had it in and out in no time and runs fine now with no cost to me. Brent and company have changed my mind on this dealer. 5 stars."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer,I purchased numerous accessories and had them installed by Tri City.The service is great from Matt at the parts counter who got me rolling to Brent in service who made sure it was installed correctly.And i can't forget the service i got from Mike Klinger at purchase (sorry but it was a different dealer)I went to a dealer north of where i live and it only took 1 time not to go back,The guys at Tri City are great and if i missed anyone sorry about. thank you's keep up the service"

"In May, 2008 I purchased my first scooter (c3). The service was fantastic. In fact, after riding for a few days I discovered a missing plastic cover that covers the serial number. A quick call to Mike Klinger was all it took to get the new part ordered. I had it a day later - now THAT'S service!
My next purchase will be a Majesty sometime in the next six months.
I would recommend them to anybody. In fact, I HAVE recommended them to several people!
